Ian's June Update

Another month has flown by and lately I have had the pleasure of meeting so many of you as I travel all over from South America to Asia. I can’t tell you enough how much all of the positive energy that you have been sending my way keeps me fueled to keep pushing forward and exploring new paths for ISF.
One of those paths is something that I am beyond passionate about. I don’t know if you have seen but ISF really wants to open an animal sanctuary. I’ve seen the responses you have been giving and it feels great to know that we have your support. This is a major initiative for ISF and we need to spread the word far and wide so that the land we want is not acquired by someone else. So help us create a caring environment for all those neglected, mistreated furry friends of ours out there so that they in turn can help us learn a thing or two about compassion and change.
Have you seen that ISF has created a book club? I can’t explain how much I love this idea. I love to read and books are a wonderful way to connect and expand oneself. I can’t thank our first featured author, the amazingly talented, Kim Falconer enough. Not only has she been regularly posting and chatting with everyone who has already signed up but she is donating the proceeds from sales of this book to ISF!
Please everyone also send a big e-hug out to our new co-secretary Katie Evans. She will be a great addition to the ISF board and we are lucky to have her as part of this amazing family.
As Summer arrives I can’t help but relish the sun on my face and the songs of the birds so I hope you too can remember to take a moment from your busy lives to enjoy exactly what it is that we are striving to protect and find new energy and motivation to explore the many opportunities to create positive change.
