ISF, Facebook and You: A New Way to Get Involved
Guess what!?! It's time for an upgrade. We've been thinking our Facebook page is in need of a new look so we need your help!!! We have some of the most talented supporters around, so we want to see what creative designs you can come up with.
Here's the deal: We need a cover photo for our Facebook page and we want you to draw it, paint it, shoot it, create it or design it however you wish. We just want to see your amazing work.

Terms and Conditions
Each Participant agrees their design for the Ian Somerhalder Foundation (ISF) will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and will not be returned. ISF does agree to give the participant the right to add their design to their portfolio. The participant agrees that they either: (i) own the rights to the design submitted and the right to grant all of the rights and licenses in these Terms; or (ii) they have all necessary rights and licenses from the owner(s) of these rights to enter into these Terms and grant ISF these licenses. Upon ISF's request, the participant will furnish ISF any documentation, substantiation or releases necessary to verify their compliance with these Terms.
Each participant grants to ISF the unrestricted, unconditional, non-exclusive, unlimited, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual and royalty-free right and license to use, copy, distribute, reproduce, disclose, sell, re-sell, sub-license, display, publish, modify, reformat, translate, or otherwise exploit in any manner whatsoever, all or any portion of their design for any purpose whatsoever in all formats; on or through any media, software, formula or medium now known or hereafter developed; and with any technology or devices now known or hereafter developed and to advertise, market and promote same. The participant further agrees that ISF is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in any design they send to ISF, for any purposes whatsoever, including, without limitation, developing, manufacturing and marketing products without compensation of any kind. Each participant further perpetually and irrevocably grants ISF the unconditional right to use and exploit the participants name, persona and likeness included in any design, and in connection with any design, without any obligation or compensation to them. The participant also grants to ISF the right to sub-license and authorize others to exercise any of the rights granted to ISF under these Terms; and each such third party will be entitled to benefit from the rights and licenses granted to ISF under these Terms. Except as prohibited by law, the participant waives any moral rights they may have in any design they submit, even if such design is altered or changed in a manner not agreeable to them
Each participant agrees to release and hold the ISF harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with or resulting from participation in this activity including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, property damages and any claims by third parties or otherwise based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. By participating in this project you agree to the terms above.
